"Fast and Helpful! I received a ceramic watch for Christmas and was having trouble finding someone to take links out of it to fit me. Bruce, said he would do whatever he could to get it to fit me. It took less than an hour and it is perfect! And it only cost $7 whereas at other jewelers they would have charged at least $10. I am very pleased and hope to return to get some custom jewelry soon! Alan and Bruce were wonderful to work with! I had a ring that had been sitting in a drawer over 8 years and I didn't know what to do with. They help me design a new ring and I LOVE it! People complement me all the time. I also had a pair of antique diamond earrings that I never wear, they helped find another setting and I wear almost everyday now. Alan had a great idea and we put a gold colored stone in the old setting and they now look like hip antique earrings, virus out dated earrings.
