Bring Us Your Vision
Our first step in this creative process is to find out what you are wanting to create (a ring, pendant, earrings, bracelet, etc.) and finding out more about you. What you like or don’t like. Types of jewelry you wear now. Maybe you have some outdated jewelry, some from a previous life. We could possibly utilize those pieces into the vision you have in your mind. This becomes the focus of our attention.
We will start with some rough sketches, and show you pieces we have designed for other clients as well as other photographs to narrow the possibilities.
The CAD
Once we have a grip on your style and fashion, we will either draw a more detailed rendering, or we give them to our CAD Designer (Computer Aided Drawing) who will create your piece in a 3D format. This takes into account constructing the piece of jewelry, and allows us the ability to modify something if we need to down to the finest detail.
The Wax
Once you’re completely satisfied with your design, we will create a wax model. This 3D wax model is what we cast it from. After we pour the molten gold and cast your design, all is left is polishing and setting your stones into a gorgeous piece of jewelry that will last generations.
